+ Before you apply

Before you submit your CV, please take the time to review the job application and tailor your CV with relevant on-the-job experience. Please review our website and career pages so you have a good understanding of who Colt are and what we do. We're also interested in who you are outside of work so please add in any relevant information. Your application will be received by our Talent Acquisition team who will need to be able to determine if you are a great fit for the role and for the Colt culture.

+ How do I apply?

You can search for a job of interest on our careers page by location and/or key word search. Once you find an opportunity you are interested in and believe you would be a great asset to the role, simply click "Apply Now" and follow the directions on your screen.

+ Does Colt offer development opportunties?

Yes, at Colt we have a strong development focus with investment in tools and programmes to help you thrive. Opportunities will vary based on location, team, or role but they can include: On the job training to industry standards, Linkedin learning licenses and Coursera access, mentorship programmes, coaching and leadership development.

+ Should I send samples of my work (writing, code, designs, etc.) with my CV?

If you're selected for an interview, we may request work samples. If we do, we'll let you know where you should send them. However, if public copies of your work are available for viewing online, including links on your CV is a good idea.

+ The position I wanted to apply for is no longer listed. Can I still apply?

We regularly post new positions and remove positions. If a job is not listed, that means we are no longer taking applications for the position at this time. However, you can register your interest on our careers page with your email address and we will contact you as new opportunities come available in the future.

+ How do I check the status of my application?

Unfortunately, we're not able to make personal contact with everyone who submits a CV. To check your status, log in to your application profile and review the roles for which you’ve applied.
