- Applicable for women professionals who have been on a career break for a minimum of 6 months.
- Minimum prior experience of 1-2 years
- Minimum qualification – Graduate / Post-graduate

We encourage to apply for only one role at a time. This is necessary to ensure a smooth evaluation of your candidature through our screening and interview process.
Reconnect is an initiative by Colt Technology to provide an opportunity to talented women professionals to give their careers a well-deserved jumpstart and rebegin their journeys towards achieving their true potential.
Yes. Your registration helps us keep track of your application and makes it easy to communicate with you.
Colt Technology has a flexible working policy. You would be governed by the HR policies that is updated from time to time based on business requirements.
Yes. The open positions that Colt is hiring for under the Reconnect initiative are applicable to women candidates only.
The candidate should check the Colt Careers Portal for suitable open positions and apply accordingly. These will be updated on an ongoing basis. Candidates can also send an email to Inrecruitment@colt.net with “Reconnect Query” in the subject line for more information.
The initiative at present is intended to benefit women who have taken a career break due to family or other commitments only, and are looking to return to work. For example, if the reason for break is that the candidate does not have experience letters, then it would not be considered.
