The HR team at Colt is responsible for creating a culture where people who will deliver our company’s vision and strategy can thrive. The team drives success through delivering the 'People’s Agenda' which includes attracting, retaining and developing talent with entrepreneurial spirit, who can inspire others to work with them, and who lead by example.

Our structure

Talent Acquisition

Aided by workforce analytics and specialist recruiters, Colt’s Talent Acquisition team aims to provide exceptional customer service by implementing an efficient hiring process, attracting exceptional talent and reducing spend with recruitment agencies.

HR Operations

Our Global HR Operations team weaves together HR domain knowledge, HR processes, enabling technologies, automation and analytical capabilities to help the business drive more meaningful outcomes. The team’s focus is to execute HR strategy, while working closely with functions, HR business partners, HR CoEs and local HR teams.

Business Partnering

Each of our functions have dedicated HR Business Partners and Talent Partners who support managers and employees whilst driving the people agenda in the business unit.

Reward

Global Reward is responsible for managing Colt’s Reward Policy, which includes compensation, benefits, recognition and mobility. The team manages the annual compensation review process, market intelligence and provides RemCo support to the board.

Employee Experience

The Employee Experience team at Colt is responsible for employee engagement, culture, and learning and development. The team looks after its global learning solution which provides employees with access to thousands of short courses, while managing the company’s Ambassador programme to drive employee engagement.
