Why we need this role
Responsible for data entry for order in Colt system, maintain a high quality of input and output for requirement. Update data both in Japanese and English regardless of the details and communicate. Lead Time for delivery is one of key success factor in Colt, quality and timely-update are required. Data contains not only Colt Service, modification for the existing service as well.
What you will do
- Data Entry into Colt system based on signed order both Japanese and English.
- Data up-date in Colt System ad-hoc basis.
- Support for Order Management teams for system update related.
- No customer communication required, but need communicate Colt Asia Delivery as a whole.
What we're looking for
<Must have>
- 3–5 years of experience working for a Japanese company and supporting Japanese customers.
- Having data entry experience 3 years. (Regardless of App.)
- Good working knowledge on MS Office and other tools used for day to day administrative tasks.
- Business level Japanese

Basic English reading skills sufficient to understand business emails.
<Nice to have>
- Work Experience in Global Company is preferable.
- Experience Data Entry in Telecommunication industry is preferable.
- Nice to have in interest with L1/L2 telecommunication network.
- Having CCNA skill-set is preferable.
