Required to support the growing supply chain demand in Japan and Asia to support the additional business and network expansion in the region.  To bring to Colt current and innovative thinking based on latest supply chain methods and systems.

What you will do

  • Understand Colt’s business objectives and the role of Supply Chain in supporting operational success.
  • Manage inventory replenishment across Asia, including demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure equipment availability and SLA compliance.
  • Develop and maintain standardized inventory management processes in collaboration with key stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Service Delivery.
  • Support product and technology lifecycle management, ensuring efficient inventory availability while minimizing excess stock.
  • Manage inventory-related procurement and repair processes, working closely with suppliers and repair vendors.
  • Monitor inventory and logistics performance through KPI reporting, analysis, and corrective action management.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain systems and processes, including ERP (SAP).
  • Manage relationships with logistics providers and field partners, ensuring compliance with supply chain policies and procedures.
  • Optimize inventory storage, transportation, and distribution processes across the Asia region.
  • Ensure accurate inventory accounting, stock control, and audit compliance, including annual stock counts and SAP transaction accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement and documentation of supply chain processes and tools.

What we're looking for

Must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Business Japanese skills
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Customer first attitude and logical thinking

Might haves (if any):

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or other related courses
  • Self-motivated with inner drive and determination
  • Flexible and proactive attitude
  • Strong team player
  • Strong communication skills with ability to clearly communicate with senior executives
  • Ability to challenge. Willing to learn new and develop him/herself
