Why we need this role
Responsible for the implementation and delivery of IP and managed network services. Deliver high-quality network solutions by designing, configuring, and deploying network devices based on customer requirements.
What you will do
- Implement and deliver network services for customers and internal stakeholders
- Design network configurations based on customer requirements
- Configure, install, activate, and test network devices (primarily Cisco and Juniper)
- Manage end-to-end service delivery from design to handover
- Prepare documentation and handover to operations team
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Business level Japanese
- Intermediate level English
- Attention to detail and quality mindset
- Effective communication with customers and cross-functional teams
- Continuous learning and adaptability
