Data Governance and Data Quality is one of the key entity for the company.

The purpose of this role is to Validate, Govern, Decide and Process the Prospect requests from sales by adhering to established policies and procedures on Customer Onboarding.

Also, To support the sales functions by ensuring the operational processes run smoothly and all customers and prospects are accurately segmented and allocated to the right sales channel, hence, enabling the respective sales teams to focus on right accounts

What you will do

  • Builds up and manages internal service user relationships
  • Liaises with internal departments for problem solution
  • Provides a proactive and reactive service to internal service users requests within committed SLAs where applicable and agreed with the internal customer
  • Ensures records of work carried out are maintained accurately and on time, and disseminated as required
  • Always ensure Segmentation data (tier and channel) accuracy within the SalesForce 
  • Assists Leads Analysts, Team leader and Manager to resolve data related issues, reporting and process initiatives etc

What we're looking for

Skills & Experience

  • To be able to develop knowledge of standard Colt processes and ways of working.
  • To be able to work on excel/advance excel.
  • To be able to develop skills to perform tasks in the Oracle Siebel stack (OCH & Siebel), Salesforce, Duns & Bradstreet.
