Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure. 

 

Key Accountabilities:

High energy individual with growth mind-set and self-driven / self-control working behaviour to drive network infrastructure business development to support GCN customers in APAC through learning changing industry, GCN customers / requirement, and etc. from both sales, business development and engineering perspectives.

 

                   

Business Knowledge and Skills:

 

  1. Growth Mindset to learn industry, customers, engineering, and etc.
  2. Self-Driven and Self-Control working behaviour
  3. Mind-set of proactive problem solving and strategic thinking
  4. Collaborative and communication skills with multiple teams across organization and with customers to drive business development.   
  5. Basic Knowledge of network infrastructure investment
  6. Create, lead, and execute business development of network infrastructure
  7. Both Japanese and English (business levels)

 

 

Role Requirements:

Experience:

 

 

  1. 3+ years of Industry experience with regard to telecommunications sales, pre-sales solution, and engineering (such as fibre engineering, Optical engineering)

 

Qualifications:

 

 

  1. Solid working understanding of new network infrastructure build and maximizing existing network infrastructure
