Whe we need this role

We are looking to strengthen our team with a results-driven professional who will be responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of small and medium existing business customers. This role is essential to maintaining and growing our share of wallet by protecting existing contracts, proactively driving renewals, and identifying new revenue opportunities across our full Voice & Network product portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine a strong customer relationship focus with a digital sales mindset, leveraging tools like targeted campaigns, CRM systems, and social media to drive engagement and achieve sales targets. This position plays a key role in sustaining long-term client relationships while delivering measurable business impact.

What you will do

  • Reactive upselling/ cross sell.
  • Achieve defined company churn targets through retention activities and digital campaigns.
  • Achieve/overachieve personal booking and revenue targets.
  • Serve as lead contact for all account management matters.
  • Negotiation and close contracts in order to maximize profits and maintain/increase revenue base. ​
  • Digital management through campaigns and digital tools​:
    • Create and manage marketing campaigns through HubSpot/LinkedIn/Video marketing Platform.
    • Track and monitor key performance indicators on the ongoing campaigns.

Skills & Experience

  • Languages: advanced French & English
  • Requires limited sales/marketing experience but some administrative/technical experience.
  • Well organized and structured, dealing with complex and high-volume requests/tasks​.
