Short Description

Job Title: Purchase to Pay Manager

Job ID: 34819

Job Location: Gurgaon, Banglore, Sibiu, Barcelona, Madrid

Function: Finance (CFO)

Why we need this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented purchase-to-pay manager with strong SAP Fieldglass experience to join our Finance Systems team.  The primary focus of this role will be in managing and supporting SAP Fieldglass for our global organisation.

As the SAP Fieldglass subject-matter expert (SME), you’ll manage the configuration and maintenance of the Fieldglass system.  You’ll design and deliver regular end-user training and will support users across the business as they navigate the end-to-end process.  In addition, you’ll act as the key point of contact with the SAP account team, and for external vendors in their use of Fieldglass.

This role will suit a candidate with strong Fieldglass experience and a continuous improvement mindset.  It’s an exciting time at Colt, with the integration of a significant recent acquisition, and the upgrade of our ERP system from SAP ECC to S/4HANA being just two of the large-scale programmes progressing at pace.

What you will do

System Administration and Support

  • Own and manage the configuration and maintenance of Fieldglass, ensuring it meets current and evolving business needs
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Fieldglass users and external vendors, resolving system issues in a timely manner
  • Proactively communicate with the Fieldglass user community in relation to performance updates, new functionality, training reminders, etc
  • Monitor system performance and work with both SAP and Colt’s DIO (Digital Information Office) colleagues to implement necessary updates and improvements
  • Participate in regular account calls with SAP as the key Fieldglass point of contact
  • Provide basic cover for SAP Ariba as required.

Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for simplification and automation within Fieldglass and related systems
  • Collaborate with functions across the business to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements

Data Management and Reporting

  • Develop and further improve reporting on key metrics related to the contingent workforce in conjunction with our data specialists.

Training and Documentation

  • Develop and deliver regular process training sessions for new and existing Fieldglass users using Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain and further develop the existing comprehensive training material.

Governance and Access

  • Ensure that Fieldglass and related processes comply with Colt internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the IT and security teams to implement and maintain data security measures.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years SAP Fieldglass experience supporting users within a global organisation, delivering first class service to Fieldglass users across the business
  • A self-starter who is able to effectively prioritise and work independently, and equally proactively contribute as a member of the finance systems team
  • Continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive improvements in the contingent workforce process
  • A confident communicator with first class written, listening and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • A strong drive to learn and develop, increasing your knowledge of Colt’s finance systems and processes
  • Degree in a relevant field such as finance or information systems, or equivalent experience

It would be desirable:

  • SAP Ariba experience
  • SAP Fieldglass Certifications
