Why we need this role
The Procurement Contract analyst main responsibility comprises of:
- Analyzing, preparing and revising contracts
- Interfacing with the business and other procurement colleagues to ensure that new project contractual documentation is complete ahead of vendor onboarding
- Management of processes and systems to support effective contract management and collaborative delivery.
- Developing and maintaining a robust contract management database which drives activities for the whole procurement & supply chain team
What you will do
- Support the sourcing team in implementing supplier agreements and contracts by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to align on terms and conditions.
- Ensure all contracts are executed in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Review and assess existing contracts for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Maintain an up-to-date contract database in Ariba.
- Monitor and enforce contract compliance across all agreements.
- Perform risk assessments for supply contracts and agreements.
Additionally you will also:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity on specifications and company expectations.
- Audit existing contracts and oversee any modifications.
- Analyze contractual risks and their potential impact on the business.
- Track performance of signed contracts in partnership with the VRM specialist.
- Ensure business objectives are achieved through effective contract implementation.
- Maintain continuous vendor risk management controls.
- Review all contract requirements and provisions, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
What we look for
- Fluent English for effective contract management
- Experience in procurement contract management (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of supplier contracts, terms & conditions, and procurement processes
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management practices
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP Ariba (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, including the ability to engage senior executives
- Influencing and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
