Why we need this role:

  • Managing a large portfolio of small and medium business customers (Enterprise & Strategic Alliances), maintaining and/or growing revenue and share of wallet
  • Reactive and proactive selling the full Voice & Network product portfolio and achieving sales quotas
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationship with the customer ​
  • Managing existing portfolio and protect contracts (churn & renewals)​
  • Identify and win Sales Opportunities 

What you will do:

  • Prospection and reactive/proactive upselling/ cross sell ​
  • Forecast and track key account metrics​
  • Achieve defined company churn targets through retention activities ​
  • Achieve/overachieve personal booking and revenue targets
  • Serve as lead contact for all account management matters 
  • Negotiation and close contracts in order to maximise profits and increase revenue base ​
  • Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and executive​
  • Digital management through campaigns and digital tools​ (if applicable)

What we are looking for:

Skills & Experience:

  • Entry/Intermediate level sales position
  • Requires limited sales/marketing experience but some administrative/technical experience
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Numerical and analytical skills ​
  • Well organized and structure dealing with complex and high-volume requests/tasks​
  • Good listener and negotiator  ​
  • Strong ownership​
  • Resilient and solution driven
  • Willing to go the „Extra mile“ to win , having a sales driven personality
  • Eager to learn
     

Qualifications:

  • Languages:  Advanced English is mandatory
