This role is essential for managing and nurturing a portfolio of small and medium business Strategic Alliances customers, ensuring revenue stability and growth. By combining reactive and proactive selling of our full Voice & Network product portfolio, this position plays a key role in achieving our sales targets and driving business success.
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships is a cornerstone of this role, as is safeguarding our existing contracts by reducing churn and effectively managing renewals. Additionally, identifying and securing new sales opportunities within the portfolio ensures continued growth and strengthens our position in the market.
This role is critical to fostering customer loyalty, driving revenue, and sustaining our competitive edge.
What you will do:
- Prospection and proactive upselling/cross-selling.
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
- Achieving company churn targets through retention activities.
- Exceeding personal booking and revenue targets.
- Serving as the primary contact for account management.
- Negotiating and closing contracts to maximize profits.
- Developing relationships with customer stakeholders and executives.
- Conducting regular business reviews with key accounts.
- Identifying and addressing customer pain points.
- Reporting on sales performance and strategy effectiveness.
What we're looking for:
Skills & Experience
- Advanced German is mandatory
- Entry/Intermediate level sales position
- Requires limited sales/marketing experience but some administrative/technical experience
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
