Short Description

Provides expertise on a specific area of tax (including indirect tax, transfer pricing, and international tax) to help Colt navigate through legislation and maximise savings.

Job Summary

As a tax specialist you are responsible for managing the tax, VAT, and transfer pricing processes to comply with the tax, transfer pricing and risk management obligations. You will advise on a wide range of matters regarding tax, VAT and transfer pricing compliance matters for the group and support inspections and audits. Another part of your role will include?ad-hoc advisory and support on regulatory and statutory reporting and compliance deliverables. You will also keep abreast of emerging tax laws.

Job Description

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Support and coordinate governance, compliance and risk management deliverables for dedicated tax area, identify improvement opportunities and escalate issues.

• Support on the internal and external audits of the tax area.

• Responsible for Ad-hoc advisory, regulatory and statutory reporting.

• Handling and answering Tax requirements and supporting on inspections.

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual taxes, coordinating the outsource entities and external advisors and filing the taxes.

• Keeping tax and processes up to date according to Law.

• Managing certificates and notifications through the Tax authorities website.

• Collaborating on internal projects looking for efficiencies.
