Job Summary

A Market Manager develops user and buyer personas, lead market and competitor research, collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials, train the sales team on articulating the products benefits to prospects and develop the go-to market strategy.

Job Description

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Upskilling sales team and wider business on local market knowledge.

• Interpreting market research and applying relevant findings to the product development process.

• Owning the go to market strategy for products.

• Overseeing the creation of content about a product, including videos, blog posts etc.

• Responsible for customer responses and reacting to feedback as necessary.

• Pursuing additional growth campaigns.

• Sharing ideas on potential improvement to future iterations of a product.
