Short Description
Function: Sales, Markting and Customer Relationship Management (CM)
Reports to: Product Operations Manager
Location: Colt House London, UK
Set up: Hybrid
This is a 6 month maternity cover contract and applications will be welcome until 18th April.
What you'll do
As a Product Operations Specialist you'll be providing product operations support to enable Colt product teams to operate efficiently at scale.
Why we need this role
- Thought Leadership: Support analyst submissions & industry awards entries
- Communications: Ensure product roadmap, R&D activities, reports, training/enablement are visible and accessible
- Processes: Identify, document, standardise, automate go-to-market processes
- Product Insight: Collect, organise, analyse data to enable data-driven decisions
- Infrastructure: Maintain templates, guidelines, product collateral & tools so that products can be consumed efficiently

What we look for
- Experience in Product Operations or strong experience in B2B Product Management
- Experience with working in an international environment
- Proven expertise in presentation techniques
- Able to present and position complex topics from a customer perspective
- Excellent English language skills (writing and verbal)
