enterprise solutions enablement manager (12 month contract)
London, GB
Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.
Why we need this role
This role is for someone who is able to cut through the features and benefits noise to create solution value propositions that Sales & Enterprise Customers can easily get behind. You'll be working with the EMEA Product Management team to be their mouthpiece to the market and working with Sales to amplify what makes them successful.
In this role, it is essential to be a great collaborator and communicator. You will collaborate to develop a deep understanding of how our solutions should be communicated to Sales & Customers to maximise the results. This involves understanding their requirements and pain points to determine how to generate excitement around our services. This person needs to be a self-starter and goal-driven to ensure they deliver the desired outcomes for our business.
What you will do
Experience effectively structuring an overall go-to-market plan, balancing strategic thinking and tactical execution. Driven for results. Has positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and enjoys pro-actively solving challenges. Strong teamwork skills: able to balance between being the ‘pilot’ vs. ‘co-pilot’ for activities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Motivated by the challenge of understanding the customers and figuring out which customers we should target with which solutions. Enjoys thinking creatively to devise demand generation activities and sales plays working with Marketing Communications. Can succeed in a highly visible, cross-functional role acting as a lynchpin to drive solutions.
The product focus will include SD-WAN, Security and Professional Services for the Enterprise market.
The Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to jointly develop go-to-market and launch plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure the success of our demand-generation programs.
- Manage our Sales Tool Kit Intranet site.
- Partner with Sales to understand their pain points and what makes them successful in articulating Colt’s value proposition and then use this to inform better Sales enablement.
- Build and promote our customer solution use cases and help drive customer references.
- Leverage industry intelligence to add value to marketing campaigns and competitive analysis.
What we're looking for
Critical Expertise and Experience:
- Recent and relevant experience working in a B2B Technology sector in a Sales, Marketing or Product role.
- Proven experience working with Sales to drive their success.
- Ideally having experience with WAN / SD-WAN, Security and Professional Services.
Skills:
- A robust, dynamic self-starter with imagination and vision
- Willing to be flexible to get the work done and able to prioritise and plan time effectively
- Able to communicate clearly and succinctly, including the ability to deliver difficult messages in a positive way
- Have strong interpersonal skills and able to build a positive team culture in a global team and cross-cultural environment as well as a customer focused culture
- Have commercial acumen
- Results-focused, efficient, and pragmatic
- Identify areas where team’s activities duplicate or conflict with other teams; working to resolve conflicts or remove duplication in a way that creates maximum benefit for the business
- Able to support a strategic vision and think globally with a strong sense for entrepreneurship
- Able and willing to travel when required
