Job Summary

As a Product Operations Lead you'll enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the product team by providing essential operational support and elevating the customer conversation from the product level to the customer proposition level. 

 

Job Description

What you will do:

  • Create compelling customer propositions and thought leadership materials, while supporting submissions for analyst evaluations and industry award nominations.
  • Ensure the visibility and accessibility of product roadmaps, R&D updates, reports, and training/enablement materials.
  • Identify, document, standardise, and automate go-to-market processes to improve efficiency.
  • Gather, organise, and analyse data to facilitate informed, data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain templates, guidelines, product collateral, and tools to ensure seamless product delivery and consumption.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in Product Operations /  or strong experience in B2B Product Management
  • Experience with working in an international environment
  • Proven expertise in presentation techniques
  • Able to present and position complex topics from a customer perspective
  • Excellent English language skills (writing and verbal)

Education

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, product development, computer sciences or a relevant field
