What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored outcome-based solutions.
  • Develop effective executive contact strategies to align members of the Colt team to the right leaders within our customers
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations to effectively communicate product benefits.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a consultative sales environment (tech would be great or a growth mindset if not!)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about new products and solutions.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
