Why we need this role:
The primary purpose of this role is to help drive the success of our Enterprise team by finding and winning New Logo prospects.
Acquisition has been defined by Colt as a key area of focus for our Enterprise Sales division and critical to the future of our organisation

What you will do:
The Account Executive New logo is responsible for profiling, discovery, engaging and building strategic sales plans for New Logo prospects in the Enterprise sector.
- Profile prospects based on Colt’s sweet spot
- Identify and understands prospects business strategy and align how Colt can deliver solutions that drive enhanced value against specific, measurable metrics.
- Develop and manage relationships with prospects to attain new business
- Develops effective sales strategies and plans for new sales of Colt services & solutions.
- Develop and implement an effective customer contact strategy to ensure ‘high and wide’ engagement at all levels of the customer or prospect.
- Develop a pro-active consultative sales approach
- Collaboration with colleagues across Colt to develop solutions that address and support the customers’ stated outcomes
- Achieve/overachieve personal sales bookings targets selling Colt solutions & products to a defined base of new logo prospects
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
What we're looking for:
- Experience: of business development of New Logo sales
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, international customers
- Comfortable presenting, consulting, and advising at C-level and other executives
- Familiarity with MEDDICC or equivalent qualification methodology
- Assertive verbal and written communications skills with ability to build strategic relationships within organisations
- Ability to work closely with the customer and effectively negotiate directly with, and internally on their behalf
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into customer insights and leverage with customer engagement strategies
- Experience in collaborating and guiding cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Service Delivery)
- Brings strong technology and Telecoms knowledge with technical aptitude to stay current in evolving technology sector
- Effective and confident decision making based on business and financial principles
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite
- You might have strong consultative selling experience from another industry and the desire to move into a career in Telecoms
