We’re on the hunt for a fantastic Account Executive to manage and expand our customer and prospect portfolio within the UK’s Growth Markets. If you're a sales professional with a passion for nurturing relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and negotiating deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What you will do:
- Drive Growth: Manage a portfolio of larger-profile customers and explore new prospects within Growth Markets
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture connections with customers to secure additional business, leveraging your consultative sales approach
- Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to introduce new sales opportunities and cross-sell Colt’s innovative services and solutions.
- Revive Dormant Customers: Re-establish relationships with customers with previous customers, bringing them back on board with the right solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Develop a comprehensive contact strategy to ensure engagement across all levels within the customer’s organisation.
- Regional Focus: Be the face of Colt in your assigned region/market, understanding the specific needs and opportunities there.
- Collaborate & Succeed: Work closely with colleagues across multiple functions to deliver the best solutions and services to our customers.
- Forecast & pipeline: Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
What we're looking for:
Skills & Experience
- A proven sales leader with a track record of delivering growth, boosting productivity, and driving a high-performance culture.
- A proactive, consultative sales approach
- Proven track record in business development and account management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships
- Experience in strategic planning and sales execution
- Ability to manage a virtual sales team
- Comfortable presenting to and advising senior executives
