Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Coaching and managing the sales teams to be effective and productive, which includes setting performance expectations, providing guidance, and monitoring their progress
• Identifying the professional development needs of the sales team and providing training and resources to support their growth
• Ensuring high standards of operation and compliance with Colts’ sales governance
• Collaborating with the Sales director or upper management to set Sales targets for the team and individual Sales representatives
• Developing sales plans and strategies to meet revenue targets and implementing them effectively
• Monitoring and managing customer interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Assisting in sales forecasting and budgeting processes to plan for future growth and resource allocation
• Driving revenue and margin in the division through complex new business opportunities, BAU transactional and developing and retaining existing accounts (churn reduction)
