THE SKILLS / EXPERTISE YOU BRING
- Any facility management experience or construction experience listed as follows: (electricity (high voltage equipment, UPS, generator), air conditioning, heat source equipment, disaster prevention equipment, security, BMS, etc..)
- On-site construction management experience, competence and cost management
- Experience and competence in assessment, plan and execution of work procedures such as MOP/SOP/EOP
- Experience and competence in risk management and H&S management
- Able to perform detailed checking of vendor quotations.
- Oral proficiency in Japanese and English (daily conversation)
- Grade one construction management technical qualification or equivalent knowledge
- Working experience or having knowledge of Data Center Operation, telecom and construction industry
- Degree educated, or working towards a degree, or equivalent higher qualification
- Experience working on-site in the electrical equipment construction industry or infrastructure industry
- TOEIC Score: 600+
