  • No SLA Violation by Remote Hands Service
  • No SLA Violation by Cross Connect Service
  • No Customer Complaints by direct customer communication as Service Desk function
  • No Health and Safety incident and violation.
  • No Customer Order Delivery Delay
  • Maintain 24/7 Remote Hands Service Operation by working as shift staff accordingly.

THE TEAM

Data Center Technician is key role and function as Point of Contact from DCS Customer as well as Providing DCS product (Remote Hands, Cross Connect, Customer On demand request) for DC Users so that this will strongly contribute to NPS as well as Churn Management.

This position is communicated closely with Site Operations, Service Manager, Service Operation, Telecom vendor, Security Guard, and Building Management Engineer.

Essential

  • Proactive mindset (Ability to take initiative)
  • Learning agility (Ability to adapt to new or changed circumstances)
  • Ability to communicate effectively by using Microsoft Office application like Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, TEAMS,etc.
  • Ability to communicate with Global Company customer smoothly to understand customer needs and suggest how the solution can be resolved.

Desirable

  • Experience based ITIL.
  • Experience of Data Center Industry
  • Telco Cabling, Patching skills. (Knowledge of Metal/Optical cables)
