As a lead analyst you will provide accurate and data-based information on company’s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.

What we’re looking for:

Skills & Experience

 

  • Performing financial accounting, preparation of manual journal postings, finalisation of P&L, BS and reconciliations (Tier1 countries)
  • Ensures accurate accounting in compliance with group policies and carries out monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities including sub-ledger closing
  • High quality of variance analysis and commentaries with business justifications
  • High quality analysis and reporting
  • Managing complex UATs, medium level participate in various projects/UAT and reviews 
  • Leading discussion, reviews and walkthroughs with PwC
  • Conduct process analysis, working with senior colleagues to drive continuous improvement
  • Accounting concepts, financial statement, accounting principles, methods, policies, accounting standards
  • Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis
  • Internal/External audit
  • Stakeholder management
  • B. Com Graduation / Post Graduation / Accounting degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Problem solving skills, good in communication & presentation skills.
