The Transfer Pricing Associate at Colt will play a crucial role in supporting the company's transfer pricing strategies and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations. This position is based in Gurgaon, India, and reports directly to the Transfer Pricing Consultant.

What you will do

  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of transfer pricing policies and documentation, including calculation of intra-group charges in line with the group transfer pricing policy.
  • Conduct economic and financial analyses related to transfer pricing.
  • Support in the compilation of transfer pricing reports and maintenance of documentation files.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information required for transfer pricing audits and assessments.
  • Liaising with regional finance managers, providing required support and explanations relating to transfer pricing.
  • Help in monitoring changes in international tax laws and assessing their impact on the company's transfer pricing strategies.
  • Participate in transfer pricing audits and provide necessary support during tax examinations.
  • Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory transfer pricing forms and disclosures.
  • Assisting with various tax projects.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in transfer pricing or a related financial / tax area.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of MS access and writing macros would be beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
