Why we need this role
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst with a strong focus on billing and finance systems within the telecommunications domain. The successful candidate will provide expert support and maintenance for critical applications, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with business requirements.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities
• Kenan Billing & Ordering Support:
o Provide advanced support for Kenan billing and ordering systems
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to maintain system integrity and performance
• CSGI Mediation & IOA Applications:
o Manage and support CSGI mediation and IOA applications for accurate data processing and integration
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow across systems
• Technical Expertise:
o Utilize UNIX and SQL for application troubleshooting, data analysis, and performance optimization
o Develop and execute scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency
• Kenan Rating Processes:
o Maintain and support rating processes including TIP, COM, MCAP, CAP, LTP, and LTP DUP.
o Ensure accuracy and reliability of billing operations through proactive monitoring and validation.
• Product Configuration & Commitments:
o Configure products, manage discounts, and oversee minimum commitment requirements.
o Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and support flexible product offerings.
• Incident & Problem Management:
o Respond to incidents promptly, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
o Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
What we are looking for
Required Skills & Experience:
• Essential:
o Comprehensive experience with Kenan billing and ordering systems.
o Strong knowledge of CSGI mediation and IOA applications.
o Proficiency in UNIX and SQL for troubleshooting and data management.
o In-depth understanding of Kenan rating processes (TIP, COM, MCAP, CAP, LTP, LTP DUP).
o Experience in product configuration and managing commitments.
• Desirable:
o Familiarity with telecommunications billing environments.
o Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and problem management.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
