Why we need this role

The person will be responsible for-

  • Supporting delivery of developmental & engagement sessions to employees based in India locations (Gurgaon & Bangalore) in collaboration with Head of Talent, Performance & Early Careers.
  • Delivery of global programs to India based managers and employees working closely with L&D consultants in the team.
  • Is a key partner to senior stakeholders in India guiding and advising them on interventions that can build towards required behavioral change, growth strategies and cultural changes in Colt which enable the achievement for Colt strategic objectives.
  • Design, evaluation & delivery of engagement sessions, training sessions and workshops as required by the Learning & Development Team. Supporting the L&D director and managers & as required.

What you will do

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

Manager/Leadership Development

  • Work closely in collaboration with Leadership Development Manager & Talent lead.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational objectives and develop a strategic plan for learning and development initiatives.
  • Identify and develop community of best practice leaders who can effectively coach and support on manager led HR activities
  • Align learning programs with business goals to ensure they contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Executes on coaching and development solutions
  • Delivering and/or facilitating classroom and virtual development workshops using a variety of adult teaching methodologies, training tools, online training technologies, and classroom skills. 


Training Delivery and Development: 

  • Deliver engagement/training workshops as required.
  • Provide support to the team’s initiatives as required by L&D Manager
  • Provide coaching to team members in area of specialism.

 

Vendor management

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with third party vendors and professional societies. 

 

What we're looking for

Skills & Experience

  • Proven stakeholder engagement and management, with ability to manage priorities and conflict.
  • Communication, presentation and facilitation skills contributing towards the successful delivery of team objectives. 
  • Experience in designing and facilitating leadership/manager development workshops/training programs.    
  • Demonstrates solid business acumen. 
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing stakeholder demands. 
  • Confidence to operate up to Senior Leadership level. 

 

Desirable

  • Membership of a Coaching Body. 
  • Experience in the technology / telecoms sector. 
  • Experience implementing a wide-range of delivery mechanisms, including instructor-led workshops, digital learning, virtual training, podcasts and other mechanisms.  
  • Project Management skills. 

Education

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field for the relevant specialism
