Short Description

Facilitate the delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle and provide high quality HR support to Colt employees.

Why we need this role

This role is required to manage the induction process for employees across India, covering full-time employees, interns, and contractors. This role will focus on employee benefits administration, fostering strong vendor relationships, process improvement, and employee experience enhancement. The HR Analyst will also support key HR projects and act as a trusted advisor in resolving employee queries.

What you will do

Key role & responsibilities:

  • Employee Induction Management: Oversee and manage a seamless end-to-end induction process from pre-boarding to onboarding. Collaborate with stakeholders to design tailored induction programs for different employment categories.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and benefits.
  • Employee Benefits Administration: Administer and manage employee benefits, focusing on initiatives like insurance, crèche facilities, and Klib services. Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding benefits, offering optimal solutions.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying innovative ways to enhance HR processes. Track and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend process enhancements.
  • HR Documentation and Record Management: Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of employee records and related HR documentation. Regularly update internal tools and databases, maintaining data integrity.
  • Employee Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee-related queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution. Provide high-level support and maintain a responsive approach.
  • Internal and External Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HRBPs, hiring managers, employees, and vendors.
  • Promoting Well-Being Services: Actively promote well-being services and vendor enhancements, ensuring employees are aware of available resources.
  • HR Project Support: Participate in and support various HR projects, contributing to their success and alignment with organizational goals.
