Why we need this role
Provide Operational Performance Data Insights and Analysis by delivering Timely Inputs/Recommendation for Improvement in Business processes and Customer experience
What you will do

Recommend Process/system changes basis the data Analytics
-
Communication with the Stakeholders across operations to understand their requirements and provide Data Analysis accordingly.

Provide Data Insight for different projects to enable right decision
-
Deliver Customer specific reports and analysis for Ops SMT review meeting with Customer
-
Automate daily reporting requirement through BO and deliver on time with quality
-
Increase proportion of tickets raised through Colt Online
-
Delivering our Customer Segmentation within Network Operations
What we are looking for:

5-12 years of expertise and hands on exp in Data Science (AI/ML/Predictive Analysis/Gen AI), Python, SQL

Excellent knowledge of SQL (complex queries)

Excellent knowledge of Qlik Sense / Power BI
-
Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel (advanced formulas, data connections, pivot, charts etc.)

High Level of Aptitude/Logical thinking
-
Ability of find automation opportunity
-
Data Science (Predictive Modelling, Machine Learning)
