What you will do
- Learning to manage Customer Communication, Internal Stake holder management, partner coordination.
- Develop skills in first and second level troubleshooting, circuit diagnostics, re-provisioning, and configuration adjustments for Colt products on Transmission and IP networks. Gain hands-on experience managing service incidents such as IP backbone faults, while learning about 24/7 support and effective fault resolution.
- To learn to work on operability and quality of the Colt’s network, owning the responsibility of real time alarm monitoring via monitoring platforms and performing initial actions to support fault resolution.
- To learn to provide technical resolution to faults on Colt backbone transmission networks, owning all complex hardware/software faults generated on the network to resolve any issues escalated by the team and working to further improve and enhance the processes. This will involve managing the appropriate, timely level of escalation on complex, escalated and reoccurring network faults.
- To learn to work on Change Management processes under the guidance of technical leads and learn how to support to Colt customers by adhering to established governance policies and procedures from time to time.
- Governance, KPI Analysis, Dashboards, Reporting, Power BI.
