This is a hybrid role, where you are required to be based in the Poznan office a couple of days per week. This is a 7 month fixed term contract role.

 

Job Summary

The Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis and insight to business and finance colleagues, supporting the Enterprise Operations organization in achieving their operating expense (opex) objectives. This role is expected to be hands-on in delivering insightful analysis and reporting, which will require a strong analytical, reporting and business partnering mindset, to drive performance and communicate risks and opportunities through insightful analysis. The role will collaborate with the Lumen Finance team located in North America to drive understanding of the business.

Job Description

  • Analysis and reporting of month-end results, variance analysis and commentary.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and analytics across the Enterprise Operations organization, to ensure high quality outputs and identification of opportunities and risks to business performance.
  • Deep financial analysis, model and report creation, insight generation and business partner communication.
  • Build insightful reporting to monitor key metrics across the Enterprise Operations organization, for use in modelling and building accurate financial projections.
  • Work in conjunction with the wider team and the business to ensure risks and opportunities are understood and addressed.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, delivery of commitments, and accurate and timely deliverables.

  • Skilled in advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint functionality (experience with Power Query, SQL or Power BI a significant advantage).
