To be successful, they need clear strategic direction, market-relevant guidance, and the tools to lead the shift toward value-based selling. This new way of working places the customer's business outcomes and satisfaction at the heart of every conversation. It also demands the confident adoption of data and technology to inform decisions, enable team success, and consistently exceed targets in a highly dynamic and competitive environment. This role will be instrumental in equipping our sales leaders to thrive and drive performance through this transformation.

What you will do

  • Develop communication, implementation and change management plans with integrated tactics to support the launch and sustainment of different productivity programmes
  • Design, implement and measure coaching programme for Managers
  • Design and execute specific training sessions (in local language where possible) with different sales teams
  • Collaborate with external partners to coordinate and lead key development and sales programme
  • Supports Director of Sales Effectiveness in calculating ROI and ROE of the different programmes
  • Gather consistent feedback from within the business in a reportable manner to support programme relevance
  • Work as key point of contact for Sales Effectiveness Team to CCO
  • Assist wider Sales Effectiveness team in other areas when necessary

 

Key performance indicators: 

  • Programme impact, application and adoption
  • Early diagnose of sales blockages and plan solution
  • Démontrable Programme KPIs, ROI and ROE
  • Numbers of programme designed and executed successfully

What we look for

  • Experience in sales and sales gravitas
  • Experience in running global key sales programmes from design to closure
  • Experience in designing and executing strategic and tactical sales trainings
  • Knowledge of qualification, sales methodology and buyers cycle
  • Understanding of sales enablement platforms and tools
  • Demonstrable experience of working across functional disciplines
  • Experience in interacting with senior level executives
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates competence in key areas: change management, conflict management, sales direction and motivation, monitor, report and achievement of agreed targets

Qualifications: 

  • University degree
