Why we need this role:
Account Executives hold responsibility for prospecting across target account lists, dealing with inbound leads and acquiring new logos for Colt
What you will do:
- Understand requirements of new clients and different market sectors and translate them into coherent development plans in order to increase our customer portfolio
- Provide a consistent weekly sales forecast and ensure the ACV target consecution by month (New business/New customer)
- Leadership and ownership are required in order to propose to management improvements and new strategies
- Great team member profile, focus on common team objective and provide to internal customer right customer experience.
- Cold calling, prospection to acquire a new logo and develop opportunities and create a strong pipeline and maintain a constant network
- Keep informed on market and industry trends
- Creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and managing or contacting existing and potential customers;
What we're looking for:
- Results oriented and target focused with strong prospection skills
- Sales experience with telco/network connectivity knowledge as a plus
- Strong Communication Skills – active listener and asking the right question
- Team player that is self-motivated with initiative and is solution driven – able to operate with autonomy
- Excel and Access Skills
- High level of English & German ( other language a plus )
- Strong negotiation and rapport building skills with an ability to present and influence at all levels
- Proven and consistent track record on hunting new accounts (new logos)
- High sense of urgency, assertive and comfortable with uncertainty and rejection
