What we are looking for
- Kenan Billing System 2.x and above (preferably 4.x) of Amdocs, Kenan Arbor/BP
- Good Knowledge of Billing Operations activities
- Good understanding of Kenan architecture, configurations and tables.
- 2-3 Years of total experience with minimum 2 years of relevant configuration experience on Kenan Billing platform
- Hands-on experience in SQL, Microsoft Excel. Python preferred

Why we need this role
As a Billings and Collections Specialist you are providing key technical expertise around Billing and Collection and develop, monitor and identify improvements on system and processes for Billing and Collection to ensure timely payments, review of accounts, credit risk, collection of overdue payments and resolution.
What you will do
Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Monitor and design and developed solutions for Billing and collection systems and processes
• Provide key technical expertise on the systems and processes and recommend controls or modifications
• Ensure quality is maintained across deliverables in Billing and Collection and keep track of KPIs and trend
• Interact with business stakeholder as subject matter expert for Billing and Collections system and gather and analyse their requirements
• Support in design or modification of complete solutions along with installation and testing to ensure fit-for-purpose
• Actively support or lead projections for Billing, Collection and revenue realization and ensure billing requirements are fulfilled
• Ensure and support planning and delivery of scheduled project activities including design, UAT, process documentation, user training and post go-live support
