Why we need this role
Responsible for overseeing the technical analysis of operational data, developing reporting frameworks, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting data-driven decision making. Through management of analytics teams and facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams, Analytics Managers play a pivotal role in creating valuable reports and management information, optimizing processes and performance, and driving continuous improvement.
What you will do:

Work closely with HRIS and IT on the development of reporting and analytics tools and reports in HR in SuccessFactors

Support the build of the HR Reporting & analytics roadmap

Provide input into the design, implementation and improvement of the suite of people metrics for our senior leaders, to enable them to make informed business decisions

Develop an awareness of ongoing projects that affect our data quality.

Develop strong knowledge of Colt's business in order to understand HR data requirements.

Continuous testing of data quality and data health
What we’re looking for

Ability to analyse and tell a story with data, through both compelling narrative and impactful visuals

Strong HR related experience and comprehensive understanding of HR processes required.

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, facilitation skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of business and HR stakeholders.

Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving

Close attention to detail.

Demonstrable experience of problem solving & identifying logical connections.

SuccessFactors reporting experience
-
Experience with working on projects – preferably end to end

Experience with documentation, especially SOP’s, definitions and/or processes

Ability to define deadlines and deliver against them

Ability to work on own initiative with minimal guidance

An expert with common data tools e.g. Microsoft Excel (Power Query & Pivot and Power BI essential; VBA would be an advantage).

Experience with modern BI tools and report creation in SuccessFactors would be an advantage
-
7+ years of HR reporting and analytics experience
