The primary purpose of this role is to ensure our largest enterprise clients achieve their critical business objectives through the strategic use of solutions. By building long-term, value-driven relationships, this role navigates complex customer political landscapes and positions us as a trusted partner at all levels of the account.

What you’ll do

Role Overview: Ensure enterprise clients achieve business objectives through strategic solutions.

Relationship Building: Develop long-term, value-driven relationships, navigating complex customer landscapes.

Success Plans: Create and implement plans aligned with customer goals, driving measurable impacts.

Collaboration: Work with Sales teams to set clear expectations and share insights, becoming a strategic partner.

Onboarding & Engagement: Ensure seamless onboarding, foster ongoing engagement through reviews and training, and monitor key metrics.

Task Delegation: Delegate tasks and drive accountability within support teams, aligning with sales strategies and customer success plans.

 

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer success sales environment (tech would be great or a growth mindset if not!).
  • Experience in working with complex,, multi-divisional, international customers
  • Comfortable presenting, consulting, and advising at C-level and other executives
  • Assertive verbal and written communications skills with ability to build strategic relationships (deep and wide) within organizations
  • Ability to work closely with the customer and effectively negotiate directly with the customer and internally on their behalf
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into customer insights and leverage with customer engagement strategies
  • Experience in collaborating and guiding cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Service Delivery)
  • Brings strong technology and data networking knowledge with technical aptitude to stay current in evolving technology sector   
  • Effective and confident decision making based on business and financial principles
