Summary

You will be part of a team of 19, split between Poland and the UK, working 40 hours per week.

 

The Analyst I in the Margin Assurance organization is responsible for performing detailed customer and vendor audits that identify revenue recovery and cost savings opportunities.  The Analyst will research services, analyze the business drivers and work with functional and business teams to resolve issues. The Analyst will run audits, reports and complete complex data analysis, and take responsibility for resolving billing disputes directly with Vendors.  
This role will contribute to identifying & improving third party processing systems & issues.  Operational activities include performing detailed audits that enable revenue recovery and/or cost savings opportunities. The Analyst will be called upon to problem solve and provide input to Operations, Finance & Commercial teams.

 

The Analyst must be independently motivated and take full ownership of results, operating in a challenging environment with competing priorities.

 

This is a hybrid role that requires attendance in the Poznan office one day every two weeks.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Audit and evaluate customer/vendor invoices, contracts, and orders to ensure accurate billing and adequate margin is obtained.
  • Identify, raise & resolve Vendor billing disputes directly with Vendors Billing, Sales & commercial Teams
  • Conduct variance reporting, root cause identification, and error resolution resulting in revenue recovery or cost savings.
  • Work with multiple departments to ensure services are at the appropriate margins and installed and disconnected in agreed timeframes.
  • Identify process improvements driving efficiencies throughout the business.
  • Support ad hoc requests, reports and projects and participate in operational reviews with stakeholders.

  • Excellent Vendor facing & relationship management skills. Ability to build long lasting relationships with key vendor stakeholders driving successful financial / commercial outcomes for Colt.
