Role Purpose/ Key Accountabilities


Colt are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our Brand & Digital team. Reporting into the Global Director of Digital & Brand, you will be focussed on building Colt’s online presence for connectivity services specific to cloud computing. As part of this role you will be responsible for:


  • Conducting audience analysis, and gathering insights of cloud connectivity customers and their online behaviours
  • Work closely with our business development team to build co-marketing strategies with our strategic cloud partners
  • Driving the strategy to increase the quality and quantity of traffic to the corporate website through search engine optimisation and PPC
  • Working alongside the social media team to create an organic and paid social media strategy for your target audience including industry specific and cloud specialist outreach
  • Create a cloud connectivity specific keyword strategy and a digital-first approach to content working alongside our internal content team
  • Working with the global campaign manager to create a paid activity approach to reach your target audience with the right content at the right time
  • Supporting Colt’s precision marketing (ABM) strategy by providing specialist knowledge and expertise
  • Liaise with wider functions across our organisation especially sales department to align our digital marketing strategy to maximise the impact to the business
  • Managing relationships with 3rd party agency partners, internal designers and copywriters, with the goal of improving conversion rates and increasing lead generation


Experience and Qualifications


  • Proven digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years of experience in working with or for a cloud computing services providers such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, Equinix, SAP and Oracle. 
  • Experience of analytics including Google analytics’, paid activity metrics, content performance and lead attribution
  • Knowledge of common marketing technology solutions and products (Hubspot and Wordpress would be an advantage)
  • Project management experience, with an understanding of agile methodologies as well as a high level of organisational skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Fluent in English
