Key accountabilities

Core Tasks

To process transactions and invoices accurately and efficiently using appropriate IT packages and in adherence to Operating Instructions and Quality Procedures;

Process employee expense reports, including verification of receipts and coding.

To understand and use the relevant financial systems and procedures within a process

Able to solve complex problems and makes recommendations for improvements;

Undertake reconciliations and other general accounting tasks as required;

To meet or exceed individual productivity targets;

To deal with internal and external customer queries effectively and to the required COLT standard.

Skills & Experience

Mandatory

2-3 Years of work Experience in financial processes
Understanding of SAP / AP Processes

Person specification

Keyboard skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication (English); and
Appropriate accountancy training or experience in a financial environment.
Pro-active self starter who can work effectively, both within a team, and in isolation;
Excellent attention to detail, diligence and accuracy;
Effective and efficient completion of assigned tasks within allocated timeframes;
Strong Customer Service skills;
Confident communicator, able to promote ideas and assimilate information quickly;
Self motivation; and
Able to organise time and prioritise effectively

Qualifications

Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
Desirable : MBA finance
