Job Description

MISSION

As the Site Manager at Colt DCS, your core purpose is to ensure the safe and legally compliant operation of our data centers. You will oversee all technical aspects, implementing a comprehensive maintenance program to minimize service disruptions and uphold operational excellence. Your leadership is pivotal in maintaining adherence to operational procedures, supporting customers, and managing the center's financial aspects efficiently.

OUTCOMES

Your primary focus will be on achieving the following outcomes:

Maintaining optimum performance of technical equipment and infrastructure.
Ensuring adherence to operational procedures by all personnel and visitors.
Providing effective support to customers according to contracted services.
Managing the data center's financial aspects to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Upholding safety, compliance, and environmental standards.

THE TEAM

As part of Colt DCS, your role is integral to the operational integrity of our data centers. You will work within the Regional Operations structure, interfacing with various teams such as Operations Design, Project Management, and Service Operations. By ensuring the smooth functioning of our data centers, you contribute to Colt DCS's mission of providing reliable and secure data solutions. Your stakeholders include internal teams like Sales, Operations, and Procurement, as well as external partners and customers.

THE SKILLS / EXPERTISE THEY BRING

Experience in managing medium/large mission-critical Mechanical & Electrical infrastructures.
Technical competence in electrical, mechanical, and cooling disciplines.
Familiarity with EU safety regulations and controls.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Effective management of third-party technical resources.
Qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
Proficiency in English and willingness to travel
MV/HV experience desirable.
