ポジションの概要

  • Colt Fiberの設計・構築・運用の全般を行います。
  • 営業チームのお客様への提案サポートとして、Colt Fiber構築の実現可否の確認、可能な場合のFiber情報(距離・dB Loss)、コスト、リードタイムを回答します。
  • お客様案件の要件によって、リースファイバーに関する見積取得、申し込み等を行います。
  • ファイバー構築時のベンダー調整、見積もり依頼、発注処理、検収処理
  • Fiber全般の技術的な問い合わせに対応します。
  • Coltファイバーやリースファイバーの移転対応(入館申請、計画作業の社内申請処理、ベンダー調整、現地対応、社内データUpdate)
  • 外部ベンダーとのやり取り(工事ベンダー・Data Center・他のファイバー事業者等)

 

要件

  • 日本語での業務になります
  • 施工管理、現場監督の経験
  • コミュニケーション能力は重要です、他のチームの方々との円滑なコミュニケーションが、業務遂行の上、重要なポイントになります。

  • 英語能力(英文メール、社内の海外からの来客はありますが、英語は必要とされません)
  • 通信業界、IT業界、建築・建設・電気業界の経験
  • 電気通信主任技術者資格者証

 

 

Role Purpose

  • This role will handle the overall design, construction, and operation of Colt's Fibre
  • Will support Colt's sales team's proposal to customers, to confirm whether Colt's Fibre construction is possible, and if possible, provide fibre information (distance/dB Loss), cost, and lead time
  • Obtain estimates and apply for leased fibre according to the requirements of the customer project
  • Vendor coordination, quotation request, order processing, acceptance inspection processing during fibre construction
  • Responds to technical inquiries regarding fiber in general
  • Relocation support for Colt's fibre and leased fibre (application for admission, in-house application processing for planning work, vendor coordination, on-site support, internal data update)
  • Communication with external vendors (construction vendors, Data Center, other fiber operators, etc.)

 

Role Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Native or business Japanese level
  • Experience in construction management and site supervision
  • Strong communication skills (Smooth communication with other team members is an important point in carrying out work)

 

Other Preferences

  • English language capability is a plus (English emails internally can be received from global side, but English is not mandatory)
  • Experience in the communications industry, IT industry, architecture/construction/electrical industry is a plus
  • Chief Telecommunications Engineer (fibre) license holder
