POSITION TITLE: Senior Account Executive (Enterprise Sales)

DEPARTMENT: Enterprise Sales Division

REPORTING LINE: Manager of Enterprise Sales Japan

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive new orders and revenue performance in line with company and personal sales targets.  Will be in charge of the entire sales cycle for domestic and global opportunities from identifying sales opportunities and proposal creation, negotiations, order acquisition/closing activity and also post-sales customer engagement.  The Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of the team’s larger existing customers. 

Solution Sales: Work with Solution Engineers to resolve customer’s business issues and prepare technology solutions

Propose and sell IT services including WAN. MAN,  Cloud Connectivity (Public and Private), data center, managed services, ISP, professional services, etc

Work with Colt Solution Partners (example: IT vendors) and offshore sales staff to prepare and promote the solutions which meet customers’ requirements

Build relationships with customers’ C level and other executive management

Prepare, update and report account plans and strategical territory review plans

Update and report sales forecast and sales pipeline based on the Colt sales processes

The product training is provided upon joining the company.

 

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS: 

At least 5 years of experience in B2B IT-related sales. Sales to financial industry is preferable

Experience in selling WAN, Cloud, Data Center, application, IT service and managed service solutions to enterprise customers

Experience in selling hardware, software and/or application services to enterprise customers

Business level English (especially reading/writing/listening comprehension)
