What you’ll be trusted with

 

The Head of Reward works closely with the global Reward team, the in-country management teams and cross-functional teams to strategize, implement and manage global compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy, employee satisfaction and competitive market practices.

  1. Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with business leaders to align reward strategies, including sales compensation, with organisational goals and performance objectives.
  2. Total Rewards Design: Developing and implementing comprehensive total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition.
  3. Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth data analyses to assess market competitiveness, identify trends, and recommend adjustments.
  4. Performance Management: Advising on performance management processes, linking rewards to individual and team achievements.
  5. Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.
  6. Policy Development: Creating and maintaining reward policies, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with HR, finance, and business functions to optimise reward practices and drive organisational success.

About you

 

You’ll have:

  • Deep reward expertise predominantly in compensation practices, including sales compensation and links to performance.
  • Proven business partner skills with robust business acumen and expertise as to how Reward Programmes can help deliver value to the bottom line.
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring the Reward programmes are proactively communicated to employees and contributing to high levels of employee engagement.
  • Ability to influence and deliver projects.
  • A hands-on approach with excellent Excel and analytical skills. No job is too big or too small for the ideal candidate.
  • Effective negotiation capability to ensure effective management of and delivery through suppliers.
  • Whilst we take pride in effective planning, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, time constraints and changing priorities.
